What is Sip and where is it available?

Sip is a platform for your to discover and buy your favorite drinks all in one place. Currently we are available in Gurugram for the Non Alcoholic beverages portfolio and Chandigarh for the alcoholic beverage portfolio. What are your operating hours?

Gurugram: Monday to Saturday, Delivery - 1pm – 10pm

Chandigarh: Monday to Saturday, Pickup - 12pm – 10pm

How do I create an account on Sip?

You can signup or login using your phone number, upon entering your phone number you would receive an OTP to login to your account. We’ve made it easy and quick so you don’t have to go through the hassle of remembering your passwords

I want to save my address for easy checkout

You have the option to type in and pin your exact address to the account. This will be automatically saved and you have the option to edit / delete your saved addresses.

When can I place my order?

Orders can be placed basis the slots available on the web app (visible while checking out)

How can I track my order?

You may track your orders under the My Orders tab on the website / web app.

• In Gurugram

  For NABV, we currently offer 2 types of delivery slots. Express offer quicker delivery in the immediate next slot (2 hours) Standard slots offers various delivery options ranging from 4 hours to next day delivery, as convenient.

• In Chandigarh

  For ABV we currently only offer Kerbside (curbside) pickup. You may place the order on the website and choose the pickup slot basis your convenience.

What are the convenience charges for the delivery & pickup?

We offer delivery services in Gurugram for our non alcoholic beverage portfolio. Following are the charges:

• Express delivery – INR 99 per order
• Standard delivery – INR 49 per order

The convenience charges include cost of delivery, cost of packing material and applicable taxes
