This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs the manner in which Ontap Direct Private Limited (“Ontap” or “Company” or “We”, which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, mean and include its successors, administrators, and permitted assignees) collects, uses and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User” or “You” ) via the website (URL/Digital Platform) or any subdomains thereof or any other websites through which its services are made available or mobile, tablet and other smart device applications, if any or application program interfaces etc. (hereinafter referred to as “Digital Platform” )
Ontap owns and operates the Digital Platform by the brand name of “Sip” or “Sip Direct” which provides a platform that facilitates sale of food and beverage products and services associated with it which are displayed and showcased on the Digital Platform (“Products”). The Products may be sold either directly by Ontap or through a third-party seller duly registered on the Digital Platform(“Seller”).
Digital Platform enables You to browse through the aforementioned Products and provides You with access to a variety of services, including but not limited to Digital Platform and all the products and services available through our Digital Platform (hereinafter collectively referred to as Services )
Please read the following terms of the Privacy Policy carefully to understand Ontap’s practices regarding your personal data and the manner in which Ontap treats and manages such data. This Privacy Policy covers any personal data collected by Ontap from the User, or personal data provided by the User and processed by Ontap. This Privacy Policy shall form a part of the Terms of Use of the Digital Platform issued, hosted or developed by Ontap.

Information the Company collects about You and your device - Each time You visit the Digital Platform or avail the Services, Ontap may automatically collect information including IP address, device, content and usage data. Ontap collects this data using cookies and other similar technologies.
Information We receive from other sources including third parties and publicly available sources- Ontap may receive personal data about You from various third parties and public sources including but not limited to any Digital Application Store, analytics providers, advertising networks, search information providers and identity and contact data from publicly available sources.

As You use, access and navigate the Digital Platform, Ontap collects various information, which may or may not be personally identifiable information. Ontap may use such information collected for the following purposes:

You are aware that by using and/or creating an account on the Digital Platform, You authorise Ontap, any of our associate partners and affiliates to contact You via email, phone, or otherwise. This is to ensure that You are aware of all the features of the Digital Platform.
You authorise Ontap to send You electronic alerts for details pertaining to the Services, and advertising. Additionally, You agree to receive promotional and other emails and other forms of communication from Ontap. Through such communication, You will receive information about the latest developments on the Digital Platform.
You are aware that any and all information pertaining to You, whether provided directly by you or otherwise, including but not limited to personal correspondence such as emails or letters, instructions between You and Ontap may be collected, compiled and shared by Ontap in order to render Services to You and You expressly consent to the same. THIRD-PARTY DIGITAL PLATFORMS
Digital Platform may contain links to other third-party websites of interest. However, once You use these links to leave our Digital Platform, You should note that we do not have any control over that third-party website. Ontap shall not be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which You provide whilst visiting such websites and they are not governed by this Privacy Policy. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
You are aware that in the event Ontap go through a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another organisation, or acquisition of another organisation by Ontap by or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal data might be among the assets transferred.
UPDATING/CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
It is important that the personal data Ontap holds about You is accurate and current. It shall be the responsibility of the User to inform Ontap of any changes or correction in the personal data shared by You during your relationship with Ontap.
CHANGE IN PRIVACY POLICY
Ontap reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time it may deem fit without consent from the User.
